Last weekend, I had the honor of attending the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) Seminar at Arizona State University. Founded in 1958 and now one of the foremost organizations dedicated to youth leadership development, HOBY’s mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service, and innovation. This was an amazing weekend, full of growth and connection, on my journey towards becoming a more effective and compassionate leader making a meaningful impact on the world.
